Took me a long time of overthinking, to finally start sharing my knowledge and experiences. It is true that you need that final push to start doing something that you have always wanted. For me, that moment came on a night when I was dead tired, with all my brain cells going haywire. My body was screaming for sleep, but the mind was still in an unsettled mode. Out of frustration, I started coining names for this blog. I thought I found a perfect name, but then guess what, google says "this name is not available". Right there I was going to give up, but somehow kept trying to think of a good name. I kept thinking - what is it that I want to write about in this blog. I knew the answer - I want to share my 20+ years of Information Technology experience. But this will not be a bunch of technical articles, about how you can "build this awesome new cloud based app", or  something like this "cool new storage or mobile technology". Rather, it is all about bringing some method to madness. I have learned that most complex issues and problems can be resolved by breaking them down to simple and easy to understand steps. It is equally true for a small group, a small company or a huge corporations. Believe me - large company does not necessarily mean large and complex problems. You will be surprised to know how big issues turn out to be more like a combination of multiple, but simple, "People-Process-systems" issues.
